8mbt Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", "you") and 8mbt (hereinafter "8mbt", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), an internationally operated online betting and gaming platform providing services to English-speaking players in Bangladesh.

3 Account Registration and Eligibility

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active 8mbt account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, device IDs, IP addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances pending review.

3.3 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete and current information at the time of registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid email address. You are obliged to keep this information updated. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account closure.

3.4 Geographic Eligibility

4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

5.4 Withdrawal Requirements

To be eligible for withdrawal, a player must have (a) completed KYC verification, (b) deposited and wagered at least once using real-money funds, and (c) met all applicable bonus wagering requirements if bonus funds are involved in the withdrawal calculation. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on 8mbt are subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. 8mbt reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds resulting from a manifest error (palpable error). Voided bets are returned to the player's balance as stake. Live betting odds change in real time and the odds accepted at bet confirmation are final.

6.2 Casino and Slot Games

All casino table games and slot titles on the 8mbt platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) verified by independent testing laboratories. 6.3 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a network disconnection during a live bet or casino game session, 8mbt's servers record the game state at the point of disconnection. 7 Bonuses and Promotions

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8mbt platform. Breach of any of the following will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information at any stage of registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets or extract data.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from known errors must be reported immediately and will be voided.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any part of the platform's intellectual property without express prior written consent from 8mbt.

Game content provided by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi and others) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to 8mbt for display within the platform. 11 Limitation of Liability
